What are your rates?

I charge $145 for a 50 minute individual session, and $160 for a 50 minute couples session.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I currently take Cigna, Aetna, Oscar, Optum, United Healthcare, and BCBS of Texas. I use Headway to handle my billing and admin work. Headway manages everything related to payments with insurance to make things as easy as possible for you.

What happens after I reach out to you?

I will respond within two business days to set up a quick 15-20 minute consultation call. This is for both of us, to make sure that I'm a good fit for your needs and that you feel comfortable working with me. Finding the right fit is arguably the most important thing in therapy, so this is an important step in the process!

Do you see people virtually or in-person?

Both! I have an office in central Austin, and see people virtually who are located in Texas.

What are my rights as a client?

Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code §181.105, consumers are entitled to the following information:

Requesting Health Care Records:

Consumers may request copies of their health care records by submitting a written request to jaron@jaronbrowningcounseling.com
