Grief and Loss

Grief is one of the most transformative experiences we can have as humans. It causes us to pause and reflect in ways that our normal day-to-day challenges don't. I believe grief and loss comes in many different forms; not just the death of someone significant to us, but the loss of relationships, jobs, or identity. It can also look like major life transitions, like moving to a new place or starting college.

Through our work together, I can help you process the loss, explore the emotional impact, and help you make meaning out of the loss by discussing how the experience of grief might change the way you approach your own life moving forward.
