Moderation Management

Maybe you're tired of waking up feeling groggy and lethargic after a night out. Maybe you're tired of having to use substances as a "social lubricant" to cope with social anxiety, or maybe you gave "Dry January" a try and liked how it felt to take a step back from alcohol. Either way, I offer a supportive, shame-free environment to help you navigate what works best for you regarding substance use.

We'll explore your goals for moderation (you tell me, not the other way around!). Then we'll discuss what practical tools and strategies might be useful for you to help you achieve those goals. We'll also explore the emotional, mental, and behavioral components to your substance use that might be getting in the way of your goals, and explore what's motivating you to make this change in your life.
